Before & during
We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that is still how we operate. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, we own it and sort it out the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
